SCHOOL DIRECTOR (PRINCIPAL)

Educational Services of America is seeking a School Director (Principal) to manage its Broach School located in Jacksonville Beach, FLorida. Our Broach Schools provide individualized education to students with varying backgrounds, learning needs, and goals.

General Summary of the Job:
The School Director has responsibility for assuring the overall quality and effectiveness of the services offered and for the attainment of financial and operational goals. In general, this includes administering school programs within established policies and procedures, developing favorable community and school relations and performing related administrative functions to ensure the program operates efficiently and effectively while maximizing the quality of student services. Leadership functions also include recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of staff.

Requirements:
The position requires a Master’s degree in Education, Education Administration or other related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant expereince. Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in education and a creative, entrepreneurial spirit.
