ESA Announces CLE in Two New Exciting Locations
Posted on January 26, 2006In keeping with the 16-year tradition of CLE’s flagship program in Fort Lauderdale, the Austin and Denver programs will provide a comprehensive academic and life skills program designed to provide students, with language, learning and emotional difficulties an opportunity to succeed in college and vocational programs. Students receive individualized tutoring and comprehensive independent living skills to foster independence and help them become competent adults who can compete in the real world.
CLE-Austin is located in northern Austin adjacent to Austin Community College – Northridge. This branch of the six-campus Austin Community College system offers a wide range of degree and certification programs including a variety of weekend coursework. Students will reside in the AMLI at StoneHollow, a luxury apartment complex adjacent to campus and across the street from StoneHollow D office centers which houses the CLE offices and student center for tutoring and support services for independent living. Residential advisors will live in the AMLI Apartments to provide added support for the students.
CLE-Denver is located in downtown Denver near the Auraria Higher Education Center, a beautifully developed campus housing the Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State College and the University of Colorado at Denver. Students can enroll in a number of degree and certification programs. Students will reside in the Parkway Apartments, Denver’s urban village on the banks of Cherry Creek, with beautiful balcony views of the Denver skyline and the Rocky Mountains. The Parkway Office Center, centrally located between the Parkway Apartments and the Auraria campus, houses the CLE offices and student center for tutoring and support services for independent living. Residential advisors will live in the Parkway Apartments to provide added support for the students. CLE-Denver offers a safe and beautiful urban environment, excellent higher education and vocational offerings, and a many entertainment and outdoor recreation options.
